All guests are able to investigate Mountainair's three haunted locations with certain time restrictions (1 hour per location). VIP guests are able to explore the Shaffer Hotel past 10:00pm (when it is the most active) and are able to attend a "evidence" review the following morning.

Dr Saul Community Center and City Hall
Mountainair's city hall is believed to be haunted by a ghost of a policeman that passed away when the building served as the town's fire department. Other unusual occurrences have been reported at night in the community center next door. |

The Shaffer Hotel
Built in the 1920's, the Shaffer hotel is believed to be haunted by the ghost of its builder, "Pop" Shaffer and possibly several others.
Only VIP guests with a registered room at the hotel are free to investigate the building after 10:00pm when it is most active.
